Cookery classes at our school

Il modo migliore per cominciare la giornata

Classes for guests at the Borgo start with a gentle stroll through our kitchen gardens to pick your own organic produce. Next, everyone gathers around a large farmhouse table to start work, mixing and rolling out fresh pasta or learning to prepare some of Tuscany’s best-loved dishes. Slow-food at its best, with the gentle rhythms of old-school cooking, we’ll let you in on some of the secret recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.

In Spring, Autumn, and Winter classes are also open to non-residential guests. You can even book customised cooking classes for just two people, choosing the recipes you’d most like to learn and matching these your level of skill. Or, you could join one of the many chef-led themed courses we run, learning all the ins and outs of pasta-making, vegetarian cookery, or French pâtisserie and Italian desserts. Whether you’re learning to knead dough or simply sipping an espresso with flour all over your hands, you’ll find our workshops a great place to relax, and have fun with like-minded people.
